Tempura Asanuma is very popular in Tokyo.
After opening, the restaurant was immediately listed in the top 100 restaurants on the Japanese food log, and reservations for the next one are expected in six months.
Chef Asanuma is now 28 years old, a native of Yamagata, a former sumo wrestler, and a Tenichi graduate.
His seniors include Niitome, Tenhaku, and Tempura Kuruma, and he is searching for new possibilities in tempura.
So, what is Chef Asanuma's tempura?
