What to eat in Yamanashi Prefecture?
Houtou? Udon in Yoshida?
No, no, actually, there is a terrific hamburger shop. And it's not well known at all.
The “Nice Town Burger” is located in Fujiyoshida City.

The parking lot is right in front of the restaurant, and only three cars can be parked there.
On weekends, it is recommended to make a reservation.
Inside the restaurant, you have to take off your shoes. You can stretch your legs at the counter.

The menu shows black bacon and white bacon, and their characteristics are handwritten on the blackboard.
Black Bacon→Warm-smoked bacon with several kinds of spices and herbs rubbed in for a wild finish.
White bacon is made from French salted pork petit salé and cold-smoked for a simple, elegant finish.
I couldn't choose between the two, so I decided to go with the burger with both.

After a 20-minute wait, the burger finally arrived...
