シェフであるYANASEさんは地元福岡や東京でフレンチ、イタリアンを学び、カナダのトロントで和食を経験された方。
しかしコロナ禍でレストランで働けなくなってしまい、帰国。
自宅でラーメンを作りInstagramにラーメン画像を投稿していたところ徐々にフォロワーも増え、話題となり、ついに目黒区にラーメン屋を開業することに。まさに「コロナ」で運命が変わった方。

Chef YANASE studied French and Italian cuisine in his hometown Fukuoka and Tokyo, and experienced Japanese cuisine in Toronto, Canada.
However, he was unable to work in a restaurant due to the Corona Disaster and returned to Japan.
He made ramen at home and posted ramen images on Instagram, which gradually gained followers and became a hot topic, and finally decided to open a ramen restaurant in Meguro-ku, Tokyo. This is the person whose destiny was truly changed by “Corona.
