This chocolate drip cake is perfect for chocolate fans.
I know you can make it better!

sponge cake　スポンジケーキ
chocolate whipped cream　チョコレートホイップクリーム
syrup (2 tbsp. water & 1 tbsp. sugar) *you can add 1 tsp. liquor if you like　シロップ
Chocolate Ganache (50g chocolate & 50ml heavy whipping cream)　　チョコレートガナッシュ
decorations of your choice　デコレーション

1. To make syrup, put water and granulated sugar in a microwavable cup. Microwave on medium for 50 seconds. Leave to cool, then add the liquor if you like. Apply the syrup to keep the cake moist.
2. To make chocolate ganache, microwave the heavy cream for 10~20 seconds or until hot. Break in chocolate and mix until combined.
3. Spread chocolate ganache between cake layers. It add rich flavor and texture to cakes. Do not spread the ganache too close to the edge of the cake layers, as the weight of the top layer will push it out.
4. Coat the sponge cake with whipped cream.
5. You can apply chocolate drips to the cake using a piping bag or even a spoon.
6. Then place the decorations of your choice to finish.
