Directions: 1. Mix Miso, sugar, Mirin, and Sake in a bowl. Cover and microwave on medium for a minute. 2. Peel the potatoes and cut them into bite-size pieces. Place them on a microwavable dish and microwave on medium for 5 minutes. 3. Mix flour and water in a bowl. Quickly add it into the potatoes and coat them. *Please deep fry immediately. Do not leave long or they stick together. 4. Deep fry in oil for 2~3 minutes until golden brown. 5. Drizzle with the Miso sauce to finish.
