I recently made a video about me buying an HDB flat in Singapore but I am now rethinking. Should I really buy a house here? Properties in Singapore are not cheap and they are 99-year leasehold most of the time. Aren't houses in Japan more affordable and a better choice? So in this video, I talked about my thinking process and compared the prices of properties in Singapore and Japan. It's exciting to think about buying a house but can be really stressful..
