Lydia first moved to Japan as an English teacher for the JET program. It was her dream to move to Japan as she was obsessed with Japanese anime and music. It was really interesting having a conversation with her because I did the opposite, moving from Japan to Singapore. I enjoyed our conversation with totally different perspectives.
