「私は準備万端なので、言いたいことがあれば言え。」というのを英語で「I‘m all ears.」と言います。直訳すると「私は全身耳だ。」との意味ですね。全身ですべて聞く準備ができているのを意味します。「no ear」といえば、「相手の話を聞かない」の意味です。

“He does not listen to me” と“He has no ear” は翻訳すると同じ意味で「彼は話を聞かない」ですが、前者は「彼が意図的に聞かないのでむかつく」、後者は「何かの問題があり聞かないからしょうがない」のニュアンスがあります。
