「勘違いしない」「誤解しない」の形式的な英語の表現は「Do not misunderstand me」ですが、日常生活では「Don’t get me wrong」という表現を多く使います。直訳すると「get」は使役の意味があるので「私を間違えないようにして」の意味で、直訳すると「勘違いしない」あるいは「誤解しない」となります。
