現Googleの最高経営責任者であるサンダー・ピチャイ氏が2020年度卒業生に送る祝辞映像です。彼はインドで大学を卒業し、米国のスタンフォード大学院に入学した後中退、後にGoogleに入社し最高経営者の座を手にした人物です。

彼のスピーチの中で興味のある部分が、彼が話す因縁の部分です。彼がスタンフォード大学院を中退した夏に、知らない二人が出会いGoogleを作り、この二つの事が自分の運命を大きく決定づけたと話しています。それはもちろん運もありますが、それ以上に必要なのは情熱と心を開く事だと話しています。言い換えれば、「自分が興味を感じる事を情熱的にする、同時に他の事も受け入れる準備をする」と個人的に理解しました。彼の話を聞いてみましょう。
