Lexus has introduced the LBX Morizo RR, a thrilling crossover named after Toyota President Akio Toyoda’s racing nickname, "Morizo." Unveiled at the Tokyo Auto Salon 2024, this sporty LBX variant features a 1.6-liter turbocharged engine from the Toyota GR Yaris, delivering 304 PS and 400 Nm of torque. It includes full-time electronic AWD, a 0-100 km/h time of 5.2 seconds, and gearbox options of an 8-speed automatic or a 6-speed manual. The LBX Morizo RR, exclusive to Japan, is slightly wider and lower than the standard LBX and comes with forged 19-inch wheels and a distinctive body kit. Only 100 units will be available through a lottery, with a price of ¥7.2 million each.
