I recently moved to Texas from California and have no regrets about the move at all! I love it here in the north Dallas/McKinney area Texas and have recently gotten Real Estate licensed in Texas along with California as well. I've always wanted to invest in homes and other businesses and moving here has helped me do that. This is my very first investment house in Denison, Tx; a great town near the Oklahoma border and just 35 minutes from where I am located.. You think I made a wise purchase? You think this house will turn around and be a winner?? stay tuned, subscribe and watch the series!

I represent buyers, sellers and investors as well and would love to help you relocate to Texas too!! Feel free to reach out anytime : stevespov@kw.com or on instagram @carsncastles
