今回は長野県須坂市にある昭和44年にオープンしたショッピングモールに来ています。オープンして50年が経過し現在に至るまでの道のり動画となっています。オープン当初は華々しく順調な滑り出しでしたがその後競合が現れ競争が激化、当モールの核となるスーパーマーケットの撤退。徐々に店舗数が減って活気が薄れていくモール。遂には入居率が数％まで落ち込んだ店舗数。今後どのようになっていくのかわからない昭和レトロな不思議空間。
