It’s the 23rd century of Neo Tokyo. In a time when technology has developed past our imagination, space travel is a given and humans are quite comfortable in their inter-planetary alliance with extra-terrestrials.

On one hand, we have Robby—a good-looking, but somewhat pitiful 31-year-old guy. On the other, we have the young and driven Hatchi. One day, a string of events propels this mismatched pair into space. Constantly bickering and creating mischief, Robby and Hatchi wreak havoc wherever they go, even causing a galactic incident…Will the odd pair ever reach Isekandar?
