日経の研究開発部門である日経イノベーション・ラボはオーストラリア・リンツで9月に開催される世界最大規模のメディアアートの祭典「アルスエレクトロニカ」に参加し、体感的で没入感のある未来の新聞「DATASPACE」を展示します。同作品はアルスエレクトロニカの研究開発部門であるアルスエレクトロニカ・フューチャーラボと共同制作しました。ロシアによるウクライナ侵攻の影響を、資源価格や株価、難民の数といったデータを基にした３Ｄのビジュアル表現を幅16ｍ、高さ9ｍの大空間に投影します。「DATASPACE」のプレゼンテーションの様子をお楽しみください。

Nikkei Innovation Lab, the research and development arm of Nikkei, will participate in the Ars Electronica festival, the world's largest such media arts event, to be held in September in Linz, Australia. It will exhibit DATASPACE, an experiential immersive future newspaper. The work was produced in collaboration with Ars Electronica Futurelab, a research and development group affiliated with Ars Electronica. A 3D visual representation of the effects of Russia's invasion of Ukraine will be projected on a large space measuring 16 meters wide and 9 meters high.
