　元プロ野球選手で野球解説者の東尾修さんと、娘むこでタレントの石田純一さんが12月9日、西武池袋本店（東京都豊島区）で行われた、スヌーピーらが登場するマンガ「PEANUTS」の連載開始65周年記念イベントに登場した。

　同イベントは、「PEANUTS　65th　Anniversary　Event～It’s　Party　Time，　SNOOPY！」と題して、「PEANUTS」の連載65周年を祝うアニバーサリーイベントで、29日まで同百貨店・別館2階で開催され、その後は神奈川、千葉、愛知、広島と全国で開催される。営業時間は午前10時～午後8時。入場料は一般・大学生が500円（高校生以下は無料）。

This event, which adapts the theme ""PEANUTS　65th　Anniversary　Event～It’s　Party　Time，　SNOOPY!"", is an anniversary event to celebrate the 65th anniversary of serialization of the manga ""PEANUTS”. The event will be held on the 2nd floor of the private house of this store until the 29th. Afterwards, it will be held at Kanagawa, Chiba, Aichi, Hiroshima and expanded nationwide."
