　映画「ソロモンの偽証」のクリスマス特別動画が12月18日、公開された。

　「クリスマスの朝、脱ぎ捨てられたサンタクロースの服が発見された……」というせりふから始まる特別動画は、「ソロモンの偽証」の予告編の内容をアレンジしたものとなっている。

　映画「ソロモンの偽証」は、宮部さんが作家生活25年の集大成として10年をかけて書き上げた長編で、2002～2011年まで「小説新潮」（新潮社）で連載。学校の校庭で14歳の生徒が飛び降り自殺をしたのをきっかけに、目撃者を名乗る匿名の告発状、新たな殺人計画、マスコミの過剰報道が続き、次々と生徒たちが犠牲になる中、主人公・涼子が立ち上がり、一連の騒ぎの真相を探るため“学校内裁判”を開廷する……というストーリー。佐々木蔵之介さんや夏川結衣さん、永作博美さん、小日向文世さん、黒木華さん、尾野真千子さんらが出演する。2015年3月7日に前編、2015年4月11日に後編が公開。
