　歌手の華原朋美さんとCMキャラクターを務めるお笑い芸人の渡辺直美さんが12月18日、東京都内で行われたアンファーのまつ毛用の美容液「スカルプD　ピュアフリーアイラッシュ」のプロモーションイベント「“まつ育の日”制定イベント」に登場した。

　イベント終了後の取材で、華原さんは、クリスマスについて「それ私に聞くんですか？　予定ないです。仕事もないです……相手もいなくて寂しいです。鏡に向かって『さあ立ち上がれ～』って（CMソングを）歌って過ごそうかな」とコメント。渡辺さんが「私は仕事ですね。仕事があるからこそ楽しく過ごせる」と話すと、「いいですね。私は仕事もないです。疲れるまでこの歌を歌い続けてやろうと思います」と言って渡辺さんを困らせた。

　イベントは、同社が12月19日（まついく）を、まつ毛を育てる「まつ育の日」と制定したことを記念したイベントで、華原さんは記念日制定の調印式のプレゼンターとして登場した。

When answering an interview after the event, Kahala talked about Christmas: “Oh! For me? I have no intention at all. I also have nothing to do...I also have no boyfriend…It is so sad. I may go through the Christmas by standing in front of the mirror and saying: “Let’s stand up” and sing (the CM song).
