中国・広州のシチズンホールディングスの現地子会社が２月、翌日の会社解散と従業員の全員解雇を通告し、約１０００人の従業員が抗議する騒ぎが起きるなど、中国へ進出した日本企業が人件費の急騰などで撤退するケースが増えているが、従業員の解雇などトラブルになるものも多い。企業の中国進出や撤退の支援に取り組む大江洋平弁護士に問題点を聞いた。
