　お笑い芸人のマキタスポーツさんが9月12日、東京都内で行われた劇場版アニメ「映画かいけつゾロリ　うちゅうの勇者たち」（岩崎知子監督）の初日舞台あいさつにスペシャルゲストとして登場。ビジュアル系ロックバンド“マキタスポーツpresents Fly or Die”のボーカル「ダークネス」として同作の主題歌を担当しているマキタスポーツさんは、長髪に派手なロックバンド風メークで現れ、「漆黒の闇よりの使者として現れたこのダークネス、実は……マキタスポーツなんです」と正体を暴露したが、子供中心の客席は無反応。すかさず声優の山寺宏一さんが早口でマキタスポーツさんの説明をするなどフォローにまわり、会場を笑わせる一幕もあった。

　舞台あいさつには声優の山寺さん、愛河里花子さん、くまいもとこさん、原作者の原ゆたかさん、マキタスポーツさんが出席。以前からマキタスポーツさんのファンで、マキタスポーツさんと共同で作詞をしたという原さんは、主題歌について「最初（完成品を）もらったときは変な曲だなと思ったけど、どんどん映画を見るうちに頭に入ってきて」と感想をコメント。

　「かいけつゾロリ」シリーズは、累計発行部数3500万部以上を誇る原さんの人気児童書。“いたずらの王者”を目指すキツネのゾロリが、双子のイノシシで子分のイシシ、ノシシと旅をする姿が描かれている。今回の劇場版は、ゾロリたちが謎の星・ムムーン星で、謎の巨大怪獣を退治することになる……というストーリー。

Comedian Makita Sports appeared as a special guest at the stage-greetings event on the first screening day of the theatrical animation “The Incredible Zorori: Heroes of Space” (directed by Tomoko Iwasaki) held in Tokyo on September 12th.

Makita Sports, who performs the theme song in this work, appeared as “Darkness” of the Visual Kei Rock band “Makita Sports presents Fly or Die” in the makeup style of the rock band with a featured long hair and expressed his identity “Darkness who appeared as the envoy from the pitch-black darkness, is... actually Makita Sports”, but the audience, who were mainly children, had no reaction.
