　ソフトバンクの人型ロボット「Pepper（ペッパー）」の法人モデル「Pepper for Biz」5台が千葉市美浜区の「イオンモール幕張新都心」に試験導入されることが12月11日、明らかになり、同日、「イオンモール幕張新都心」でイベント「Pepper イオンモール幕張新都心 入社式」が行われた。

　イベントにはお笑いコンビの「オリエンタルラジオ」の中田敦彦さんと藤森慎吾さんや「トレンディエンジェル」、お笑いタレントのとにかく明るい安村さん、ダンスユニット「エグスプロージョン」も登場し、“入社式”を盛り上げた。
