　モデルでタレントのローラさんが12月15日、自身がプロデュースするスイーツブランド「Rola Sweets factory PREMIUM（ローラスイーツファクトリープレミアム）」の発売記念イベントを行った。今回、ガトーショコラ2種をプロデュースしたローラさんは「ガトーショコラってもっと濃厚で口に残るものがいいよねって（思って）、50回くらい試食を繰り返してやっと見つけた味なの！」とアピールした。

　ガトーショコラでは珍しいホワイトチョコレートを使った「ホワイトガトーショコラ」を考案したローラさんは、「白はすごく難しかった」と語り、「食べたときの舌触りや重みにもこだわった。とろけるような感触。ホワイトチョコレートは甘すぎるのはいやだから、甘すぎないようにしたの」とこだわりを説明。ローラさんがデコレーションした特大のガトーショコラも披露された。

　「Rola Sweets factory PREMIUM」はローラさんがプロデュースするスイーツブランド「Rola Sweets factory」の新ラインとしてギフト向けに開発。「ガトーショコラ」「ホワイトガトーショコラ」（ともに3240円）を16日から公式サイトで販売する。
