　お笑いトリオ「ダチョウ倶楽部」が12月21日、東京都内で行われた映画「完全なるチェックメイト」（エドワード・ズウィック監督）の公開直前イベントに登場。

　映画は、米ソ冷戦時代、稀代の“変わり者”にして伝説の天才チェスプレイヤーのボビーフィッシャーが、チェス最強国ロシアの絶対王者ボリス・スパスキーに挑んだ、国家の威信をかけた世紀の一局を描いた実話が原作で「スパイダーマン」のトビー・マグワイアさんが主演している。イベントでは、映画にちなんで、3人が今年挑戦した大勝負、メンバー内の変わり者について語った。25日から、TOHOシネマズ シャンテ（東京都中央区）ほか全国で順次公開。

The comedy trio ""Dacho Club"" attended an event prior to the premiere of the movie ""Pawn Sacrifice"" (directed by Edward Zwick) held in Tokyo on December 21st. Aside from the new comedy gag, he also performed a comedy named ""Checkmate in such you"", which is similar to the title of the movie, to do PR for the movie.

The movie is adapted from a real story about a century chess match which relates to the prestige of a country. In the match, legendary chess genius Bobby Fischer, who is an extraordinary ""eccentric"" competed with grandmaster Boris Spassky of Russia - the world's No. 1 country in chess. Maguire used to play the main character ""Spider-Man""."
