　アイドルグループ「AKB48」の高橋みなみさんが12月22日、福家書店新宿サブナード店（東京都新宿区）で書籍「リーダー論」（講談社）の発売記念握手会を開催。高橋さんは、後輩の指原莉乃さんの「逆転力～ピンチを待て～」に続くAKB48新書シリーズ第2弾ということから「コミュニケーションの仕方とか、自分なりに10年、女子の集団の中でもがいた葛藤だったり、やり方だったりを書いているので、役職の方だけではなく、人間関係に悩んでいる人に読んでほしい」とアピールし、「指原さんより（発行部数）超えたい？」と聞かれると、「言わせようとしますね」と苦笑いしつつ、「そうですね。超えたいです」と話していた。

　同書は、300人を超すAKB48グループのメンバーたちをまとめてきた高橋さんが語る“リーダー論”。メンバーをつなぎ、チームを一つにするコミュニケーション術や心を打つスピーチの秘訣（ひけつ）など、実体験を元にしたリーダーとしての心得を紹介。価格は800円（税込み）で24日に発売する。

Minami Takahashi of the idol group ""AKB48"" held a handshake meeting for the launch event of the book ""Leader Theory"" (publishing house Kodansha) at Shinjnuku subnade Fukuya books store (Shinjuku Tokyo) on December 22nd.

Takahashi did PR about the second part of the book series about AKB48, which is the following part of ""Reverse power ~ Wait a pinch ~"" written by junior Rino Sashihara: ""This book is about ways of communication, about me in 10 years of living in a girls' band with conflicts and remedies, I hope that not only working people, but also those having people-to-people conflicts will read it"". When being asked: ""Do you want to surpass Sashihara's (published quantity)?"", she said with a bitter smile: ""Yes, I do""."
