　アパートで1人暮らしを始めたサラリーマンと、中学生の大家さんの半同居生活を描くコメディー「大家さんは思春期！」が1月10日から順次スタートする。原作は水瀬るるうさんがマンガ誌「まんがタイム」と「まんがタイムファミリー」（芳文社）で連載中の4コママンガだ。

　就職をきっかけに、6畳風呂なしトイレ付きの1Kアパートで1人暮らしを始めたサラリーマンの前田さんは、引っ越しの初日、部屋の中で可愛い女の子・里中チエに「ふつつかものですが、よろしくお願いします」と頭を下げられてしまった。女の子は中学生ながら大家さんで、チエを可愛がる隣部屋の美女・白井麗子らとともに、前田さんの部屋に出入りするようになり、なし崩し的に半同居生活が始まる……というほっこりした日常が描かれる。
