　人気アニメ「ラブライブ！」の主人公・高坂穂乃果の声優で知られる新田恵海さんが1日、東京都内で開かれた映画「ブランカとギター弾き」（長谷井宏紀監督）の音声ガイド付き上映イベントに登場した。フィリピンの少女サイデル・ガブテロさんが演じた主人公のブランカの声で、初めて映画の吹き替えに挑んだ新田さんは「率直な感想は難しかった」と苦労を明かした。

　新田さんは「普段は映像に頼り、それから自分の声の抑揚、作った世界の中で自由に芝居で遊ばせてもらうことはあるのですが、今回はブランカちゃんの声を表現するということで考えた」とコメント。監督から「自然に演じて、声を作らないでほしい」と言われたといい、「そうか、私はブランカちゃんに寄り添い、演じていけばいいんだと思った。私にとっては貴重な経験をさせていただいた」と話していた。

　「ブランカとギター弾き」は、母を買うことを思いついた孤児の少女ブランカが、盲目のギター弾きピーターと共に幸せを探す旅を描いている。長谷井監督は、日本人で初めてベネチア・ビエンナーレ＆ベネチア国際映画祭から全額出資を得て、フィリピンで撮影した。

Actor Emi Nitta - who is known as voice actress of the main character Kousaka Honoka of the popular anime "Love Live! ", attended the Audio guided screening event of "Blanka"(director Koki Hasei) held in Tokyo on last August 1st.

Talking about the first challenge of movie dubbing with the voice of the female leader-Blanka played by Philippines girl- Cydel Gabutero, actress Emi Nitta said miserably: "I honestly feel that it was difficult"

Emi Nitta said, "I'm usually relying on image, and playing in the world of voices that I have created myself , but this time I have to think a lot to perform Blanka's voice."

She said the when the director told her: "You have to act naturally, do not create voice", She thought: "It's fine if I just got closer to Blanka and acted", and she have learned a lot of valuable experience.
