　アニメ「ドラえもん」（テレビ朝日系）の劇場版最新作「映画ドラえもん のび太の宝島」（今井一暁監督）の主題歌と挿入歌を、歌手で俳優の星野源さんが担当することが12月1日、明らかになった。主題歌の詳細は明かされていないものの、挿入歌の新曲「ここにいないあなたへ」は心温まるバラードに仕上がっており、同日解禁された特報映像で一部公開された。

　同一アーティストが主題歌と挿入歌を同時に担当するのはシリーズ史上初めて。ドラえもんのファンを公言している星野さんは「大好きな『ドラえもん』の長い長い歴史の中に音楽家として参加できることを、とてもうれしく思います」とコメント。「今回の新作映画『のび太の宝島』、そして『ドラえもん』という作品そのもの、すべてを生み出した藤子・F・不二雄先生に向けて主題歌・挿入歌を書かせていただきました」と語っている。1日午後7時から放送のテレビアニメ内で公開される劇場版の90秒予告で、挿入歌の一部が流れる。

　また同日、ポスタービジュアルも公開された。海賊の衣装を身にまとったドラえもん、のび太、しずか、ジャイアン、スネ夫が船に乗り込み、遠くに島が見えるという構図になっている。油絵タッチの仕上がりで、「見つけたのは、宝物以上の、宝物」というキャッチコピーもあしらわれている。

　「映画ドラえもん のび太の宝島」は、劇場版ドラえもんシリーズの38作品目。宝島を探し出すことになったのび太たちは、ドラえもんの道具が示した太平洋上の新しい島に向かう。上陸間近で海賊たちに襲われ、しずかが海賊船にさらわれてしまう。海賊に逃げられた後、のび太たちは海に漂う一人の少年フロックとオウム型ロボットのクイズと出会う……というストーリー。2018年3月3日に公開。

Unveiled some special information about "Doraemon: Nobita and the Treasure Island"

Artist Gen Hoshino, a fan of Doraemon commented, " I am so happy to join as a musician in the long history of Doraemon, such a popular movie".
"I wrote the theme song and the movie song for Fujiko F. Fujio, who released the new film "Nobita and the Treasure Island" and the entire movie Doraemon as well".
The movie told a story of Doraemon, Nobita, Shizuka, Jaian, and Suneo under pirate costumes, took a boat and explored the ocean and reach a remote island.
After finishing the canvas of inspiration, the group also came up with an impressive slogan: "Searching treasure is more precious than treasure itself".
Nobita directed the boat to a new Pacific island (as determined by the hallows of Doraemon) and then discovered a treasure island.
As close to the mainland, the ship of Nobita was robbed by pirates and Shizuka was caught in that private boat.
