Tetsujin 28-go's nemesis appears in Kobe

An inflatable balloon figure of ''Black Ox,'' the nemesis of giant robot character Tetsujin 28-go, appears in front of the Tetsujin statue in Kobe's Nagata Ward on Dec. 23, 2012. The balloon figure was made by high school students in quake-hit Miyagi Prefecture in the hope of encouraging reconstruction from the 2011 quake and tsunami. The Tetsujin monument was created as a symbol of reconstruction from the Great Hanshin Earthquake which devastated the Hanshin area in 1995.
