北朝鮮の平壌国際空港に、外国人向けに携帯電話での通話に必要なＳＩＭカードを販売する窓口が２２日までに開設された。北朝鮮は外国人の携帯電話持ち込みを禁止してきたが、今月に入り解禁。販売が始まったカードを差し込めば、北朝鮮国内でも自分の携帯を使って通話できるようになる。

N. Korea starts selling SIM cards
