北朝鮮で独占的に携帯電話事業を展開する「高麗リンク」は２５日、携帯などモバイル端末からインターネットに接続できる外国人限定のサービスを同日から開始したことを、 平壌駐在の外交関係者らに通知した。

North Korea launches a mobile Internet service for foreign residents and visitors in the country from Feb. 25, 2013. Koryolink, a North Korean-Egyptian joint venture that operates the mobile phone service in North Korea, informed foreign residents in Pyongyang that they can access the Internet from their cellphones and other mobile devices starting Feb. 25. North Koreans are not allowed to use the service.
