East Japan quake and tsunami 2nd anniversary

Japan marks the second anniversary on March 11, 2013, of the Great East Japan Earthquake and tsunami that left more than 18,000 people dead or missing. Restoration of roads and construction of public homes are under way in disaster-hit areas. But many residents have been unable to return home in restricted areas near the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station in Fukushima Prefecture.
