日銀の黒田東彦総裁は１１日、金融政策決定会合後に記者会見し「経済が緩やかに回復しつつある状況がはっきりしてきた」と景気回復を宣言した。企業収益の改善で設備投資や個人消費が伸びているため。ただ財政健全化を進めなければ「市場に不信認され、金利が上がる懸念もある」と政府に対して着実に財政再建を進めるよう警告した。

BOJ sees "recovery" in Japan economy
