朝鮮中央通信によると、北朝鮮の国会に当たる最高人民会議が９日、平壌で開かれ、金正恩第１書記を国防第１委員長に再任したのに続き、朝鮮人民軍の崔竜海総政治局長を新たに国防副委員長に選任した。崔氏は北朝鮮指導部の実質的なナンバー２として地歩を固めた形。
