ユネスコ世界遺産委員会が２１日、世界文化遺産への登録を決定した群馬県の「富岡製糸場と絹産業遺産群」。その中心施設である富岡製糸場は明治時代に群馬県富岡市に建てられ、生糸産業を革新した当時最大規模の生糸工場で、木骨れんが造りの建物がよく残っている。
