北朝鮮・平壌で日朝のスポーツ関係者が共催するプロレス大会を開くため、元プロレスラーのアントニオ猪木参院議員（次世代の党）が２８日、平壌に到着した。猪木氏は北朝鮮外交の重鎮である朝鮮労働党の姜錫柱書記と会談したほか、平壌のホテルで記者会見し「スポーツ交流を通じた世界平和が人生のテーマ。大会を成功させ平壌から平和を伝えたい」と話した。
