2018年4月撮影 2016年4月29日から上越新幹線の越後湯沢駅～新潟間で運用されているジョイフルトレインE3系現美新幹線。名前の由来は現代美術の略称「現美」とされています。
現代美術作品が展示されている内装ですが、外観は漆黒というよりやや紺色が入った色で、その印象はガンダムに登場するモビルスーツを連想させます。
そのE3系現美新幹線の到着・発車・車内の様子と高速通過を撮影したビデオです。

Series E3 Genbi Shinkansen has been operated between Echigo-Yuzawa and Niigata as part of the Joetsu Shinkansen service since 29 April 2016.
The name of this train “Genbi” is said to originate from the short name of contemporary art (Gendaibijutu).
The interior of the train consists of a display of contemporary art works. On the other hand, its exterior is colored dark blue-ish color, rather than jet-black, the impression of which reminds of us of the mobile suits in the animation Gundam.
This is a video of the arrival, departure, and the interior of the series E3 Genbi Shinkansen, and of this train passing with high speed.
