2020年3月14日のダイヤ改正により常磐線いわき駅〜富岡駅間の定期運用から退いた651系普通列車。
この動画は東日本大震災からまる9年、2020年3月11日にその651系普通列車が当時臨時駅だったJヴィレッジ駅に停車したシーンと、翌12日に同駅を通過したシーンを記録したものです。
当時臨時駅だった為この駅に停車することは非常に稀でした。そしてこの3月11日は同駅に停車した最後の日となりそうです。(Jヴィレッジ駅は2019年4月20日に臨時駅として常磐線木戸駅～広野駅間に開業。2020年3月14日からは常設駅となっています。)
