2021年2月13日に福島県沖を震源とする最大震度6強の地震が発生。
東北新幹線も被害が発生し、盛岡～那須塩原間が運休となりました。
JR東日本はその運休となった区間の輸送力を補う為、在来線の臨時快速列車などで代替輸送を行いました。
この動画はその際、所属する管轄を超えて活躍した列車達の映像です。(東北関連分)

Prefecture.
Therefore, the service between Morioka and Nasushiobara has been suspended.
JR East operated a temporary rapid train to supplement passenger transportation capacity.
This is a video of the trains that were active beyond their jurisdiction at that time.
(February 24, the Tohoku Shinkansen resumed operation on all lines.)
