カフェで美味しいものを満喫する、たったそれだけで誰かを笑顔にできる。
そんなユニークな取り組みを行っているのが、佐伯美紗子さんが運営する「imperfect表参道」です。
もともと食品原材料を調達する仕事に携わっていた佐伯さんですが、貧困や搾取といった現実を目の当たりにし、課題解決のための一歩を踏み出す決意をしました。
お客さんと一緒に“肩ひじ張らない生産者支援”を行う佐伯さんの、思い描く未来とは？

Just eating enough of something delicious in a cafe is enough to put a smile on somebody’s face. Misako Saeki, who manages Imperfect-Omotesando, is engaged in that unique effort. Ms. Saeki was originally working in food procurement, and saw the reality of poverty and exploitation. She decided to take a step toward solving these problems. With the help of her customers, Ms. Saeki is working to support downtrodden farmers and producers; what kind of future does she imagine?
