介護福祉士の松本清香さんが勤める新井湯では、働く母親のそばに子どもがいるのはお馴染みの風景・・・
子育て世代の“働きにくさ“に向き合った結果、親子が一緒に過ごしながら働くことが当たり前になったといいます。
それまであまり話をしなかった施設のお年寄りも、子どもたちと触れ合うことで笑顔が増えたそう。
子育て世代だけでなく、誰もが働きやすい社会が広まることを願う、松本さんの思い描く未来とは？

Children next to working mothers are a regular sight at Arai-yu, where certified care worker, Sayaka Matsumoto, works. She says that as a result of facing the difficulty of raising children while working herself, children and parents spending time together during work has become a matter of fact here. It seems that after having contact with the children, many of the elderly in the facility, who had not talked much before, began smiling more. She hopes to see a society to develop, where it is easier for everyone to work, not just people who are raising children. What kind of future does Ms. Matsumoto see?
