大学１年のころ、合鴨農法の農家のもとでカモの解体体験をした菅田悠介さん（NPO法人MOTTAI代表理事）。
その体験で学んだのは、食べ物も元は“命”だったということ。
それ以来、狩猟を通して命を頂くことを伝えられるような人間になりたいという想いが沸き立ち猟師になりました。
第一次産業である猟師と都会の人たちが交流を通して、「食のウラ側」にアクセスしやすいプラットフォーム作りにも挑戦しています。
そんな菅田さんが思い描く未来とは？

When he was a first year university student, Yusuke Sugata (NPO MOTTAI) had a chance to butcher ducks under the supervision of an aigamo farmer. What he learned from that experience is that food is based on “life”. After that he decided to become a hunter because he wanted to become someone who could teach others that they are receiving life when they eat through hunting. Through the platform, “Shoku no Ura-gawa”, he is trying to make it easier for hunters and farmers to interact with people from the city, giving them a chance to see where their food comes from. What kind of future does Mr. Sugata see?
