賞味期限切れで捨てられるはずだったビールを、ジンに生まれ変わらせる…
そんな取り組みを行っているのが、鳥井隆史さんが醸造士を務める木内酒造。
コロナ禍で飲食店のビールが大量に余り、廃棄せざるを得ない実情を耳にしたのがはじまりでした。
お酒の作り手だからこそできることがある…強い想いを抱き、苦境にあえぐ人々と共に立ち上がりました。
そんな鳥井さんの思い描く未来とは？

Making beer which was due to expire and would have been thrown away into something new… Mr. Takashi Torii is a brewer involved in this work. This all started because vast amounts of beer, which had been left undrunk during the Corona crisis, needed to be disposed of. Being a sake brewer, he thought that there must be something that he could do. With that strong sentiment, he stood with the many people who were in that difficult situation. What kind of future does Mr. Torii imagine?
