別荘 の 庭 を流れる 沢 を利用し、 養殖用 の 生け簀 を作りました。
記念すべき 第一回目 の 食材 は「 モクズガニ 」です。
今が 旬 の 淡水 の カニ 。20cmほどある大型のカニです。
約３キロが宅急便で届きました。
何でもネットで買える時代ですね（笑。

動き が 早い のなんの、あっという間に 脱走 します。もう、大変。

その昔、今はなきおじいちゃんと一緒に獲りに行ったのを思い出します。

We made a fish cage for aquaculture using the stream flowing through the garden of the villa.
The first memorable ingredient is "Mokuzu crab".
His freshwater crab is in season now. It is a large crab that is about 20 cm long.
About 3 km arrived by Takkyubin.
It's an era where you can buy anything online (laughs).

Even though it moves fast, it escapes in a blink of an eye. It's already hard.

I remember a long time ago when I went to catch with my now-defunct grandpa.

I enjoy DIY, country life, outdoor activities like camping in the wilderness, and enjoy an extraordinary slow life only on weekends at Potsun and a house in the mountains of "Tattered" that I bought for 300,000 yen.
It was hard at first. The wall is rotten and has holes ...
It's full of happenings that you can't think of in normal life, and I'm having a good time.
